Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy applies to recurring monthly services purchased from Marie Gems, including Pinterest Monthly Management and any other monthly marketing, design, website, or business support services.
Monthly Billing
Monthly services are billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the agreed service start date or billing schedule.
Payment is due before each monthly service period begins.
If payment is not received, services may be paused until the account is brought current.
What Your Monthly Service Includes
Your monthly service includes the deliverables listed on the product page, invoice, agreement, or service description at the time of purchase.
For Pinterest Monthly Management, this may include:
- Up to 100 custom Pinterest Pins per month
- Pinterest SEO optimization
- Ongoing keyword research
- Pin scheduling
- Board management
- Content strategy recommendations
- Blog, product, service, or lead magnet promotion
- Monthly performance reporting
Services outside the agreed monthly scope may require a separate quote or additional payment.
Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your customer account on the Marie Gems website.
Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no further recurring charges will be made after cancellation.
Because services are planned and performed in advance, payments already processed are non-refundable, and services will continue through the paid billing period.
If you experience any issues canceling your subscription, please contact marie@mariegems.com for assistance.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Refunds
Monthly service payments are non-refundable once work for that billing period has begun.
Because monthly services involve custom planning, strategy, content creation, optimization, and scheduling, refunds are not issued for completed or in-progress work.
Paused or Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails or an invoice becomes overdue, Marie Gems may pause monthly services until payment is received.
Paused services may affect scheduling timelines, content delivery, and reporting.
Client Responsibilities
To keep monthly services running smoothly, the client agrees to:
- Maintain access to required platforms.
- Provide requested information in a timely manner.
- Notify Marie Gems of new products, services, blog posts, lead magnets, or promotions they would like included.
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval when needed.
Delays in receiving information, access, or approvals may delay monthly deliverables.
No Guaranteed Results
Marie Gems uses current marketing and platform best practices, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sales
- Leads
- Website traffic
- Pinterest growth
- Followers
- Engagement
- Search rankings
- Viral content
Results vary based on many factors, including industry, competition, website quality, offer quality, consistency, algorithms, and market demand.
Changes to Monthly Services
Marie Gems may update service pricing, deliverables, or policies in the future.
Any major changes to an active monthly service will be communicated before they take effect.
