DTF Transfer Size Guide
Choosing the right size depends on your blank, garment size, design shape, and where you want to place it. Marie Gems offers five individual transfer sizes so you can pick what fits your project.
Available Sizes
- 4" — Smaller graphics, chest placements, small projects.
- 6" — Medium designs, youth apparel, smaller shirt placements.
- 8" — Larger youth designs, many adult apparel projects.
- 10" — Popular for adult shirt-front designs.
- 12" — Full-size option for larger adult shirt and apparel designs.
How Sizing Works
The listed size is the maximum design dimension. Artwork is scaled proportionally to keep its original aspect ratio, so a 12-inch transfer isn't necessarily a 12-by-12-inch square — two designs ordered at the same size can end up with different final width and height, since each keeps its own proportions.
