What is your process for creating custom designs?

Payment: Once you've paid for the custom design, I'll get started on creating something unique for you.

Design & Approval: I'll then send my design ideas to you for your approval. This is a crucial step to make sure the design perfectly captures your vision. We can discuss any changes or revisions you'd like at this stage.

Production: Only after you're completely happy with the design will I begin creating your items. This ensures that I'm not investing time and materials into something that might not meet your expectations.

I don't see the color I want for my apparel on your website. Can I request a specific color?

Absolutely! While I try to keep my website updated with popular color choices, I understand you might have something specific in mind. If you don't see the exact color you want listed, just let me know in the notes section when you place your order. I'm happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible!

I'm interested in something a little different. Can I request a quote for a custom item or design that I don't see on your website?

Can you design it first before I place an order so I can see what it looks like?

To ensure a smooth and efficient process for both of us, I don't create custom designs before an order is placed. Since I don't charge extra for custom work, this policy helps protect my time and ensures I'm dedicating my efforts to confirmed orders.

However, I'm happy to discuss your vision and ideas in detail beforehand! We can brainstorm concepts, explore different styles, and I can answer any questions you have about the design process to help you feel confident in moving forward with your order.
